Delivery area and shipping charge
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping is free on all orders in our delivery area, with no minimum order value. No additional express delivery service is offered.
Handling time
Order handling is estimated at 1–2 business days. Handling covers preparation before dispatch and is separate from the carrier’s transit time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Fixed daily cut-off
The order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time, fixed throughout the year. It does not follow daylight saving time and may differ from Chicago local time during summer. For an order placed before 07:00 PM on a business day, that day is the processing start. Orders placed at or after 07:00 PM, on a weekend or on a US federal holiday start processing on the next business day.
Transit and total delivery estimate
After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. Handling plus transit gives an estimated total of 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start. These periods are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and US federal holidays are not counted as business days.

If an order cannot be dispatched within the stated handling period, we will address the delay and any required options in accordance with applicable law.
