Return window and ordinary conditions
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused apart from reasonable trying on, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition, with tags attached and the original packaging. These ordinary conditions do not restrict a claim concerning an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
Contact customer service before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request; for damage, a defect or an incorrect item, a description and relevant photographs can help us assess the issue. Once the return is authorised, we will confirm the return instructions and address. Do not send your parcel before receiving authorisation.

Change-of-mind return shipping
If you change your mind, choose the wrong size or no longer want an otherwise conforming item, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including the international shipment to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, contact [email protected] with your order number and an explanation. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where a return is needed because of our error, damage or a defect, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost. Please contact us to agree the return method and cost arrangements before sending the item. Original-condition requirements for ordinary returns do not apply in a way that prevents a claim about the reported problem.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item and approve the refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. We do not charge a restocking fee. If you need help with an approved refund, contact us with your order number. This return process does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
